CB350: K&N or Uni-Filter?

Been Around the Block
I've got a project CB350 that I will be running the stock carbs on. The carbs have already been gone through by crazypj.
Are the K&N filters worth double the price of the Uni-filters?
What particular model of filters are you running?
Flange diameters range from 48 to 51mm. Is it better to go with the smaller or larger? Carb flange is 50mm.
What about filter length? The Uni-filters are 3-6" long.

Thanks in advance.

There's a thought in the moto world that UNI's are better because the air flows straight into them, vs the K&N's which have the cap on the end of the filter, which means the air has to travel around the cap before going into the filter and creates turbulent airflow. Just my $.02 and something to think about.

I ran K&N on my 360 and I run Uni on my dirtbike. The Uni is easier to clean, but cleaning doesn't have to be too often on a street bike. I'm not so much saying that one is better than the other, but the Uni's work well.
