My XS650 Bobber Build!!!

Well I lost my job about 7 months ago, still looking hard. I sold my Harley Fatty and ZX, O well they will be missed! But I wanted to pay off the house and have some just incase money.. i didnt think I would miss riding.. WRONG! So me being all mopey my fiancé bought me this!



A 1977 XS650 She found 2 hours away for 500! It ran alright, I rode it for a few days and thats all she wrote... This was night one



Then Night 2!



Then I live about an hour away from TC bros, So I dropped off the frame to be hardtailed.. I know I know I didnt "build" it but for what they charge to do it and weld it on its hard to say no! Plus I dont trust any welders where I live to ge that shit straight! Il be picking that up soon and then the fun begins!

looks like a solid bike to start with.

do worry about having someone else weld up your hardtail for you. I'd rather have it done right and have the peice of mind while my a$$ is sitting 2" from the spinning back tire.

Looks good so far. Those XS650 frames just beg for a hardtail section.

Funny how none of us lot can leave shit alone!!!!
