My GF works for a tire franchise here and her expertise on mounting was valuable.

Is your girlfriend single? I would like her number

Test fitted the seat, received the tail light and head light, need a dry sunny day and it should be on the road soon, have to grease the axle too and check all the torque settings.

Well finally progress again on the Bobber (more that brat/cafe, save cafe for the KZ550).
buttoned it up, rebuilt the front caliper and painted, everything working and registered, got to ride it a couple miles, had to re-tune the carbs, too much popping, need to remove the AIS system. Decided to re-write, remove the switches from the bars as their crap and put them on a center console, bought the wire and switches today, nice to be back on this project again.

Thanks and they are just stickers and come off, they are not perm, just my inspiration to do old time like 60's when cars were still real and hand made of steel and Aluminum instead of fiberglass.

Some new shots, got sick of working with the controls and wiring so I added a metal panel on the triple clamp, the on switch and start button are fun but having clutch issues, think it's shot so finally got it tuned to run good without backfire but hopefully just needs sanding.
