Yamaha or Kawasaki, not a Jawa.
was 'into' Honda's in the 60's/early 70's so don't have a clue.
Iwould say around 1963~67 though, probably Yamaha as it looks like the dynastart generator?
 
p/j got a little closer but still not right.........it is a early 60's bike with mistibishi (spelling?) electrics...electric starter- generator, pts with advance unit....look at the huge regulator with cut out relay, reg relay, start relay in one box(cover off to clean contacts)
