"Café Builder Bikes"

This guy was selling ratty parts bikes for $750 or more, and the ads have been up for over a year. I called him to try to talk him down/talk some sense a year ago, but he wasn't having it. Now this one is at $400, CB350F with a title. Maybe $400 worth of parts on there if anyone's looking... or needs a titled frame.
