Well if you can get it to work easy enough you could sell the other 2 with instructions as a kit.
I'm not sure, but don't ask Brodie.

Way to many build and half done projects to list here.
Sr250, Gs750, Z50A, XV1100, A10, Z160A.

Already got enquiries on that front !

This is what 18 gets you from Chinabay !  8)

SUPERB quality - complete with it's own foam case.

Definitely erring towards the Gixer pump now. Hoping there's room inside, if not -  it's an external setup.

A few more bits from Chinabay and I can start laying the parts out for a proper look see.

My pal just bought a similar item for his Husky race bike from a "leading well known UK supplier" - quite frankly the finish was BETTER on the Chinabay item. I paid 18 delivered to my door - he paid 45 for the rad with NO FITTINGS. And that wasn't as a "genuine" Husky part [ 75 ! ].

Of course at the moment I have no idea if it will perform the same, worse, better ...... but just looking at the quality of the component parts, welding etc. it would be hard to imagine it won't at least be as good.

And again - thanx to headsups from you guys, mine came from 1 of the "preferred" provinces.

On a similar score - I am a lifetime practitioner [ now lapsed ] of Kendo [ 1st Dan ] - but have recently taken up the study of Mugai Ryu - Japanese sword Zen meditation / swordplay. I still have several of my swords used for the Katas involved in Kendo - but I only have one with a "live" blade.

So back to Chinabay - and I now have a beautifully made sword for the cutting part of the Mugai Ryu practice ........... 125 delivered - 450 bought from a specialised UK outlet !

The sword is made in China for a Japanese company to their standards and then shipped to France for delivery to the UK. !

At the moment [ until Brexit ? ] that means no duty and no VAT [ 20% ].

CC,

here's some of them - 2 are away for sharpening / polishing.

The "Black on Black" is the new addition.

Slight terminal inexactitude on the price of the cooler    :-[ - I forgot I upgraded to swivel fittings 29.00 delivered. 8)

I think I've located a suitable remote oil pressure relief valve [ turbo supply ]. The Gixer pump puts out 55 psi before the bye-pass opens - I only need 35 'ish for the turbo supply otherwise seals will suffer.

The Aussie one is  169 + carriage [ 20 ]

Take a look at the very similar layout of the Mercedes 420 version - 28 !!!!

A supplier in Birmingham [ UK ! ] has them in stock. Only 15 miles away so I plan to call in and have a good look at one.

Parts arriving thick and fast now !  ;D

I missed out on a late V7 petrol tank that would have fitted in very nicely with the overall image in my brain - however, the seller couldn't confirm it would be ethanol fuel enriched proof. It's "chromed" abs plastic [ 'ish ]. So it's back to a tank "cover" as a plan "A".

However, I now have most of the parts I need to mock up the turbo, oil cooler and hoses. The Merc 420 oil pressure relief valve arrives today.

Still looking for a couple of secondhand / cheap Nitrous Foggers ????

I should also have the dimensions for the top half fairing later today to see if that's viable.

At this stage I can swap between styles easily [ tank, seat, bars ] as all the other parts are common to both styles [ Grimeca Alloys, rearsets ].

I KNOW some of you guys are pretty turbo savvy .................... what's a good method  for fuel pressure requirements ? - a pressure switch of some kind I'm guessing.
