Lancaster and Surrounding Area
« on: Jan 31, 2016, 10:45:42 »
Hey guys, I am fairly new here and in the process of building a bike. I'm from Lancaster, just curious to see of there is anyone local or in the surrounding areas. Was also wondering if there are any good swap meets as I need a few parts and pieces.

Hey there. Depending on the bikes you have, you might want to check out the White Rose swap meet and/or their vintage Japanese meet: http://whiterosemc.org/ . I went to the vintage event last year and thought it was pretty great.

I have an 81' CB650. Thanks for the info. I'll definitely have to check it out!

You guys missed the Swap Meet and the York Fairgrounds on 1/17.  It's always a good one.

Stop by J&B Moto's 3rd Friday of the month open house.  Lot's of interesting bikes and people there.

Not sure, I was talking about the J&B Moto Co. every third Friday Bike night. They are in Wrightsville. Never been to any swap meet.

Lebanon County here. We should all try to get together at some point. There isn't a big scene around me.

I agree. I am in Mount Joy. I have a pretty big shop with a welding and fabrication section, and enough storage for like 10 bikes, all the tools and beer you could want. Maybe a ride through Lancaster back country and chill at my shop for some beers sometime

Is anyone doing th Distinguished Gentlemens ride? I'll be there. Riding down to Lancaster brewing from the Harrisburg location. I guess this year they combined Lancaster and H-burg. Which makes sense. I'll be on a White Thruxton

Missed the DGR this year, but a get together and ride would be great.
