Yeah I used a vacula in the first place. I actually figured out my problem though... I think.. Not air, but probably the fact that I bought a 14mm master when I should have bought a 16mm.. Oh well, new one on the way

No major updates, but I did finally rebuilt the clutch slave cylinder. It was pretty cruddy.

New seals and re assembled

Also, with forks are apart awaiting New seals

Snap ring surface was a bit unsavory... Lots of old goop and crusty rust.

Finally got around to doing the fork seals. Thought it should be an easy job, but man it fought me getting the bushing pressed back in.

My old lathe has again become an invaluable asset to the shop. Made a set of seal drivers

The 34 year old seals and wipers were a little worse for wear.

Fresh and ready to go with new, non smelly goo oil.

Rebuilt an extra rear master cylinder as well. Gotta go to work now, but hopefully I'll get it back on later tonight. Dropping my front wheel off for a fresh tire in a bit. Hope to be getting really close to riding this week

Getting there. Just picked up my freshly mounted tire before work.  Installed the rebuilt rear master. Works like a charm. I need to find some slip ons too, this this sounds way meaner without the cans lol

Well got the wheel sorted and mounted

Finished up the last little odds and ends (or so I thought) and took er out for a spin. Lost the front brakes for a so far unknown reason. And my rear shock is so soft that it bottoms out as soon as I sit on it. So back up on the rack she goes...
