QUESTION ? When is a ACE a ACE ?

Hi Group .
Im in South Africa and we dont get the variety of bikes available to yourselves but i love the looks of the 'Ace - Honda Race bikes '

I have a few bikes and am busy building a Metisse . I have bought a Honda ACE 125 that had its front suspension, frame and tank 'modified ' by the back of a car . Engine only had 4000 km on it (2500 mi) I have a different Honda frame that i am going to put it into .Girlfriend has offered to make a seat unit from glassfibre .(I know , she is amazing , she lets me park a few bikes in the house .)
I have a tank that i believe will fit , will use the wiring loom from crashed bikes , etc , etc
When its done , can i call it a Ace Cafe racer or a Ace copy ?

If you're looking for information/ideas the general forum is a good place to go. Plenty of expertise on CB type motors etc.

Our SkyTeam Ace section won't be of much use to you as our bikes are based on CG125 clones.
