Syncing CB350Four Carburetors - What should the sync screws be set to initially?

Been Around the Block
I've searched and searched to be sure, but I can't find an answer to this particular question. I've finished rebuilding the carbs for my wife's '73 CB350four and after setting up the dyna s ignition last night I thought I'd test it and it fired up right away. So now I want sync the carbs up properly, of which I have a pretty good basic knowledge and experience doing.

I know how to adjust the synchronization on all 4 carbs, however I'm not sure what the starting point for the 4 sync screws above and between the 4 carbs should be set to. Right now, i have them evenly set across all 4 carbs so the sliding pistons have just barely a little gap between it and the carb throats. But I don't actually know if this is correct. Do I need to start with pistons all the way down/closed?

When I get back to it, if needed, I understand each idle screw should be set to 1-turn out from closed contact.

Just want to make sure im starting from the correct point. Thanks all.
