When turning it over, after you see the inlet rocker move up, wait for the T to come around. It comes after a few other marks.

Some time back, someone asked what tools are needed:
Plug wrench to remove plug.
8mm socket to remove 4 sidecover bolts
Screwdriver to open up the inspection hole (should really use one broader than this one)
10mm socket to remove three rocker cover bolts
14mm socket to turn engine over
10mm spanner to undo lock nut
End of a screw that has a square hole in it to adjust/hold adjuster (will put a 90 degree bend in this for next time)
Feeler guage
