Hey All,
this would be a cheaper option ? than ooracing
but would u have to upgrade carb , exhaust etc? not sure

Not for me, 150 upgrade makes more sense?

Are these engines really 250s or are they 230s - like the CCM CXR230 etc ? - a lot give the cc as 250 cc then bore and stroke dimensions that give 230 cc !

FWIW I enjoy the free revving relatively smooth 125 engine - would be good to get more BHP from it but if I want a big engined bike I get that one out....

Or this black one?

Details of the German Skyteam Ace Club 250. Seems pricey.

So sorry for the late reply guys. But a knee reconstruction does that to you. I'm up and about if only for brief periods but keen to get back into the build.

Things are progressing and the engine is mounted with a custom front bracket and those two top engine brackets too.
I've also installed ss brake lines on the front. Have to sort out my exhaust as it's very loud..I just need to find a suitable baffle as the exhaust I got is straight through.
Need to get some suitable jets. I was thinking about #30 for pilot jet and #120 for main. Then some few/minor changes such as cleaning up my triple tree and maybe do something with the rear brake light, rear fender/hugger and replace the pads with some hh type brake pads.

Hey woollid! Yeah I have seen the 250cc kit on OOracing. I think it looks very similar to the one I got. I think it will sell well.

I have only taken one pic before the op but promise to take some more when things get going again.

Hi... Watching your progress with interest. Did you use the original exhaust header pipe , and did you sort out the wiring????
