I have a few of those, they are pretty handy and can work better than a swivel or uni-joint in some cases. They are called "wobble" extensions.

I have snap-on ones, but here is a link to gearwrench ones on amazon

Throw a ratchet strap around them to the front of the engine block, just snug enough to hold them securely in place.
 
So about that time where i start buying parts for this build. Want to run an all in one gauge cluster to simplify things. Anybody have an recommendations or past experience. I am looking for one that is SUPER EASY to install. I have zero experience wiring and would like to keep this pretty easy.
