Thought I'd just share this latest mod I've done to my Ace.
On the odd time I've come back to my bike and noticed that I'd left petrol turned on and thought that's lucky it hasn't flooded and poured all the fuel on the garage floor.
(quite common in the 70s).
So I found a scooter vacuum fuel tap and fitted it to the side of the air box where the battery used to sit.
It's an in line one so I can still turn off the fuel as normal, the vacuum pipe is connected to the inlet manifold where the EGR was piped.
It does have a return outlet, but that has been blanked off.
