My daily ride - Lets see yours

Absolutely nothing thus far. I've been so incredibly busy in the shop I haven't much had time to look at it, much less touch it.

I love the "out of context" in this statement... ;D Sorry I have a strange mind....lol

Over 105k miles so far, can still top 130. So trouble-free I expect to tour the country in retirement (1.5 years!)

Actually, for me at least, it does better on the CT. Better over gravel in curves, better on wet, double the milage.

Up until last week when I bought a slice of heaven, my daily ride was a 2007 Suzuki M50.

But now it's the Ace 125.

I actually never got the kz on the road this season. :p Next year!! ;D

My 'go to' daily rides this past season were the zrx1200 and the '10r'. I'd love to post pics but Photobucket is 'down for maintenance', so no go!

*EDIT*

Photobucket is back up. ::)

Parked back at the shop. Probably here for the winter now. :)

I love your stable Drewski.

Here's the '70s section of the garage

My CB360 based brat/cafe and Triumph TR6

Both are excellent fun without going too fast!

Also in the garage are two Ducatis, which arent so good at going slowly!

Mine was the virago for a few years, now it's under the knife, my latest shaft drive Yamaha is my go to ride.

Also the KLR can be used if I feel like a "light" bike day

This seems like a good thread to revive.

Earlier this year I picked up this 2006 dr650. I rebuilt, modified and re jetted an fcr39mx carb from a Yamaha 450 atv, and made a mid pipe to mount a stock hayabusa can, which made this thing into a whole different animal.

I ride this thing to work almost daily, and it has been by far the most versatile and well rounded bike I've owned. Well mannered on the street with enough power to run 70mph when need be, and still does well enough blasting down a gravel road or playing in the woods.

Its not glamorous or a café, but ill tell ya, its a dang good DD.

The milk crate also triples the usefulness of this thing!
