Check your local listings for a Hydraulic Hose shop, one that makes hoses for industrial equipment, and give them a call. Some NAPA locations make hydaulic hoses as well. Bring them your brake line and tell them what you need done.

There's a shop local to me that fabs hydro hose. I brought them the three OEM rubber brake lines from my Hayabusa and had them duplicate them in Stainless Steel braided. Not only did they make them while I waited, but they also oriented the ends properly so there were no twists in the lines when installed. In and out for under $50. (comparable kits from Russels and Galfer run $150-$200)

Galfer USA will make any line you want as well. They also have an economical kit where you buy fittings, and premade lengths of hose. Unless you have a 6-8 point crimping tool I would not attempt to make you own lines.
