still smoking...help

Hey guys.
So I have a cb175 that I rebuilt the motor a while back, new seals, gaskets and piston rings. After getting it all back together i noticed white smoke coming out the pipes (burning oil). So I figured it could be a bad head gasket, valve seals, or rings. Turns out I did have a bad head gasket and I put a new head gasket and new valve guide seal in as a good measure. Got her back together and she's still smoking. Soooo leads me to believe that maybe the oil ring is up side down, this sound right? And if so its the very bottom ring on the piston right?

Also compression is good, 142 psi in both cylinders, valves are set, and timing is on; aside from the smoke bike starts up strong.

You did de-glaze bore with some 400 wetordry?
If you just fitted new rings, they will bed in eventually (5~10,000miles)
