Definitely will need a chain tensioner.

...or two ;)

MonsterCraftsman sells nice tensioners and support the site :)

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

You're a smart man Tim, yes there will be a jack shaft and it will be right hand drive.

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

Very cool - hadn't thought of swapping the drive over to the other side.

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

I think I like the new tank better, but the first was cool as hell too, you didn't pull a brad and smash it with a hammer did you? If not someone would likely want to buy it.

Nice work.

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

Very different. I like. How did you even do that panel work? It is hard to tell from the pics. Is that just a bead? It looks great.

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

Ya Flug, did it on my beadroller with a step dies. Thanks guys

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

That is some bad ass work right there Junior. The details in that second tank are amazing. What's the final vision for the tins? Polished or painted?

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

Not sure at this point, there will be raised areas inside the panels though. I like to build piece by piece and let it come to me as I go when i'm building for myself.

Re: SR500 "The Game Changer"

I've made a lil progress on the 500. I started on a ass protector, and decided to build a girder front end for it.
