Honda Steed 400 NC26 Project

Hello all,
Newbie here
Just got a Honda Steed 400 that I need to get some work done on.
There are NO custom shops here (in Uganda - Kampala) so I am either going to have make the custom parts myself or import them - I would prefer to make them myself. The Dollar exchange rate is too high, our economy is shitty!
Here is what it looks like..

Spent a number of hours on the Internet searching and I think this is the look I going to go for.
