Don't know why the pics keep going wonky.

Anyhow, cylinder walls should clean up just fine. Old pistons are shot, but I have new (to me) ones. Cylinders are marked 007 so the new pistons (marked 956) should be fine.

As the above pics show, the tensioner das kaput. They can be had on the cheap. No biggie. There are bits of it in the oil though  (as well as metal) so I have to pull the whole motor apart to clean it. Figured that would be the case. Gasket and seal kit to be ordered shortly.

So far no suprises. I'll try to yank some more apart later tonight and keep digging.

You name it, someone makes it. Folks have been racing these engines since the early 70s. Just about anything is possible if your wallet is fat enough.
