Mounted the engine and got very excited.

Bought some new reverse cone 'mufflers' with no internal baffles

Decided to wet sand and polish the forks again too

Decided to polish up my pipes too despite there being a dent in one

Had a go at relacing my wheels and fitted them up to see how it all looked

Obviously I still need to tighten all spokes, have to respray the hoops so that will happen following

Made a fibreglass pan for upholstering and glued in some closed cell foam

Tried some diamond pattern then flat vinyl but didn't like the seat thickness as it makes the rear jump useless so I pulled it all off

Decided to try and use the baffles out of the original mufflers so I chopped them up and slid it in the new case. Will see how it all goes.

Sprayed my air filter covers Ford Blaze red then decided it would look odd with red below the horizontal line of the tank and seat so painted them black. This is the red I will be using for the tank and seat.

Got the seat painted today. Wondering if it needs some silver highlights to make it pop against the black of the frame.
