I really like the smaller cc bobbers. I picked up this 87 xr100 for cheap so time to start bobbing this thing.

Have it stripped down and ride height selected. Going with the captured swingarm method of hardtailing her.

Have alot of parts to source. Planning on riding her in A few weeks

So I chopped the back frame off. I like recycling junk I keep, so I reused some hd U bolts for the rear axle from a dodge pickup .only the start of the hardtail still have the back rails from the top tube to the rear of the swing arm to do before seat mounts and exhaust to fab up

Got some more done today. Decided to go with the lambretta seat have her welded in strong enough to move onto next part. Exhaust thinking of straight piping it under the right side of swing arm

The 2 frame ends still left are going to be evened out and leveled  and I have some spent 4/10 shells that are going to cap them off
