Anyone know the difference between these caliper mounts?  Both came of 1973 CB 350 Fours...I was told one was from a CB 750...any help please

First pic on the right, second pic on the top, appears to be the CB750 brake mount.
It also appears to be a later SOHC mount. The area where the caliper clamps the mount is thinner on the early brackets.

1st pic on right and 2nd pic on top are different mounts.  The thicker one is the one I believe to be a stock 350 piece.

OooooooKay then :P

If it runs "1st-left, 2nd-top" are the same, then that's the CB750 mount, but it's an early 750 mount as the later mounts were thicker like the one on the right.
Which one are you needing? I can get you exact measurements on the 750 piece from my '78 750K, if you want to compare them.

The thicker one is the same as the 360. So that should be your stock mount.

HaHa...Im more confused than you are.  The thin one is the one that was on my 350, caliper and all. So I am hoping the caliper is a 750 piece. All I really need is the pin that goes through it, its somehow bent. I need to know too when I order pads for it..although they appear similar at 1st glance.

You have a 750 bracket and caliper then ;)
Pads are the same as the 350, caliper is not. If you ever need to rebuild it, order for the 750K.
Do the caliper bolts thread in from the wheel side or from the outside?
And which pin do you need?

Ok, you have the correct caliper for that bracket. (they're not really interchangeable)
I may have a spare pin. I'll check today.
