I slipped off my first bike at walking pace and removed way too much skin and I was lucky. I hate to see others go through teh same or worse. It's so easy to slip off and our hands automatically shoot out to take the brunt of the fall. Ouch. Just trying to be helpful.
Bike has potential though and should be a ton of fun.
At least a front brace IMO, but mainly because those forks need all the help they can get. Are those shocks a little short or is it the shape of the seat that makes it look funky?
And yes on gloves. Pavement and gravel are not kind to the digits or palms.
