I would slide those fork tubes back to stock or nearly stock position, the way they are now, really screws up the handling.

A tiny bikini fairing would work.

Its' a cool bike, I'd also suggest that you shorten or replace your throttle and clutch cables now. They are way long because of the drop. That can bite you.
 
With stock pegs, I'd flip those bars and go with a slight rise - way more comfortable and therefore safer. I would also drop the 1950 style headlamp eyebrow and move the plate up to that nice new rear loop.
 
Sliding the forks back to original position may take up the slack in your cables. Like mentioned, braided brake lines would improve braking and upgrade to modern pads. Replace swingarm bushings and steering head bearings with tapered ones, replace fork oil (maybe put in a stiffer viscosity.
