Your latest purchase was a diploma? Right on - I bought one of those too in Bangkok back in the day for $2.50 ::)

I'm only kidding man, congratulations!

(not kidding about my diploma though - total waste of $2.50 as it turns out. Sketchy dude with the letraset spelt my name wrong)

Haha, and yea it cost a bit more than $2.50. :)

Thank you Sir, and Congrats to you and yours.

Got this fuse box for the CL378 build. With kick only and no electric starter six circuits ought to be enough, I'd think.

Ordered new Samco hoses for my YZF750R from England on Sunday and they arrived on my doorstep Wednesday morning. Amazed at the speed.
Nice stuff.

Bought a new box to reinforce and mount my lathe on. It was on sale for $149 and after military discount cost me $147. It's a homedepot husky box, I'll make a leveling frame under it so I can leave the wheels on, and eventually add a piece of 1/4" steel to the top to make it more rigid than my atlas. With the sale it's $80 cheaper than the 44" harborfreight box that is similar.

10%, it basically covers tax. According to my receipt before tax and after discount it was right about $135. But add the tax back and it came back up to the $147. That is about the same everywhere, most places I have seen range from 5-10% pre tax.

I planned to buy a well used and abused Honda today, but got sidetracked when the refrigerator quit. So this is my latest purchase! Also used my Lowe's 10% military discount which paid the sales tax and a bit more.

The box looks a bit different now. The lathe got an upgrade in the move, went from a 42" bed to a 54". So an extra foot between centers.

I gotchya. Yea 10% is pretty standard.
My mistake, it was Bourbon Math. :p
I was looking at the sale price, and overall purchase amount, and figuring the discount from that ::)
