I believe it was Crazy PJ that pioneered this setup....suzuki GS850 pistons work well as a big-bore kit for honda cb360....this is everything you need to take your cylinders to a machinist and have a big bore cb360 engine.

Yes this is all you need besides a gasket and bore job to make a cb360 a 378.
A few guys here have done this( it's quite simple) and makes quite a big difference.
Crazypj and Sonreir to name drop. Both have build threads on this mod
