keep the front?

Was that a tree?
Is there a way to put on rear sets and also keep the regular sets? so you can switch from fully forward to a sort of cruising pose?

On what?
What kind of bike? Post up some pictures so we have a visual of the bikes set-up.

If you mean the entire setup - as in the levers and all - you would have to run dual linkeages from the pivot points (2 from the engine case for the shifter and 2 brake actuators) all the way back to each lever... but it would be cumbersome and ineffective at best.

If you're unsure about where you'll be more comfotrable try just leaving the passenger pegs on there and switch back to shift.
I use this method b/c I can still ride 2-up when I switch seats.

Any reason why you want to do this?
I'd personally just find out where you're more comfortable. If it's so bad that you have to move around all the time then consider superbike or drag bars instead of clubmans / clipon's.
