S'mores Brownies
use a graham cracker pie crust (store bought or your own making)
fill half full with your favorite brownie mix (uncooked)
put this in the oven as per brownie baking directions
expect it to take 20 min longer to cook
take it out of the oven and turn oven to broil
sprinkle top of brownies with small marshmallows (as many as you like)
place brownies under broiler for about 43 sec under close watch
brown, toast, or scorch marshmallows to desired doneness (i like the ones that catch fire)
let this cool
these are a bitch to cut and serve, but i live alone so i use a spoon and have at it
