1971 T500 -the immortal titan

cool bike nova. I really love riding the suzi. But soon came to feel it bulky . So I started stripping her. and will continue to do so until she is lean and mean and then I plan on getting the motor ported, some chambers and have me a mean old stroker. I'll be looking out for your project.
 
posting mostly Just because I got a new camera. I am ordering some new brake shoes and new spockets chain. Want to go one tooth down on the front gotta source that still probably gonna go with sprocket specialists as that seems to be a go to supplier for such things.

Nice the more I see the t500s the more i think i need to have my own. Oh wait there is one in my garage
 
Wow, I love it! That tank and paint is awesome, this is what I would call a true Jap cafe racer.... well done :) I love expansions on bikes but I think this one looks best with the stock pipes. Only thing that would really compliment the look for me would be a front wheel from the GT750 with the massive drum, although it would likely be heavier than stock :(

My t500 weighs 319lb just for comparison. I do have some stock t/gt 500 parts available if you need anything.
