CB360 cylinder oil transfer tubes

are there any metal oil transfer tubes on the BACK side of the cylinder block where it drops down onto the crank case upper half?

I know this is where the oil gets pumped up to the top end, and I know there is a tube with a rubber seal on it between the top of the cylinder block and the head. What is down at the bottom? anything?

second question- has anyone had the cylinder base o-rings keep you from being able to fully seat the cylinder down on the case? this seems to be what's happening

Here's the oil orifices on the top crankcase. No tubes, all passages are internal. Oil pump pumps into the passages in the crankcase. Those little orifices by the head bolts are what often get clogged when using any type of RTV gasket. When they get blocked, you destroy the bearing surfaces in the head.

lesson learned. The aftermarket cylinder base O-rings are too large and wouldnt let the cylinders set down on the case. This left a gap where the oil could leak through.
