Were you able to find it? Ive been searching all morning online for it, the only factory service manuals i can find are on ebay, $30 for a print out and a copy of the .pdf... If it comes down to that i guess ill buy it and share up the PDF, but still, id rather not give some guy 30 bucks for making a photocopy.
I can find lots of copies of the clymer manual, but its garbage, i dont trust the information anymore ever since the clearances for valves was wrong (like, 7x too big wrong...)
Re: Anyone have the service manual for the 71 CB450?
*edit* lets just say i got a copy. Ill post it up sometime tomorrow.
I FINALLY understand how the torsion bar valves work, and why they only work with the index marks pointing one way thanks to the amazing diagram in this manual.
If the link doesnt work, let me know. If you want to print it out and put it in a binder, print the cover seperately and do double sided. Pages will back up properly (new section always starts the right hand page).
Feel free to take it and share it, please dont sell it though.
