Problems with coil with Dynatek ignition

Hi Guys, have build a GS550 special (see link on signature) have Dynatek electronic ignition, originaly fitted the green 3 Ohm dyna coils, but cooked one so went back to originals, but it seems I still have problems on 1&4 coil, even went back to putting dyna coil back on, which seemed to do the trick, then broke down, she only seems to fire on 2 cyclinders

Any ideas why I keep cooking coils on one side? Like I said I have tried the originals, one side is fine though. Dynatek recommend at least 3 Ohm coils.
Oh and BTW, I am a bit useless with electrics, so laymans terms if poss please.

Frying coils is bad. check grounds and switch coils to see if problem persists on the same side. electrics are black magic, take the safe route and check everything.
