valve adjustment on 1969 CB350

I was ready to adjust the valves on my 1969 CB350 (first time in 45 years). I watched many videos and looked straight forward but when I took off the covers nothing was there (lock nut or adjuster screw). Does this bike need to have the whole cover taken off? Is there a video on this?

Thanks for the help, got her done! Runs a little rough above 60 mph but she's an old gal.
