Oil change now won't start

Hey guys and gals. Long time no post. Today I changed the oil and filter in my 74 cb750 and now the ol lady won't start. Was just running last week. Bike was on rear stand, drained, 3qts later I'm just draining battery. We've got gas, in neutral, choke, kill switch off, petcock on, etc... Any help or where to start? This is my first season owning the bike and the first oil change I've done on it. Don't feel like there was too much to screw up, but I did!

Kill switch should be in the ON or RUN position.
Maybe, that was just a typo error.

Yeah I just meant it wasn't activated. Was set to run. Going to tinker around a little bit tonight. It wasn't even beginning to roll over last night.

Call of the hounds. Got home today, kick started and fired right up. I dunno.
