Yamahas

Nice. Thanks GO, you're the best. I was kinda sad when I saw the Kawis get their page and wondered if the Yammies would get one too. Today, you cheered me up ;D
Oh and my TX650 is in reality considered a 1973 XS650.
From what I know this is what the xs's were called:
XS1=1970
XS1B-1971
XS2-1972
TX650=1973
TX650A=1974
XS650B=1975
XS650C=1976
XS650D=1977
XS650E=1978
XS650F=1979
But all these are considered xs650's

I'll be adding my SR250 project to the list as soon as the cafe is done. I probably should throw one together anyway to show the kick start conversion in some more detail. Right now the bike is restored to stock but it will soon chopped up and turned into a bobber.

I think my 650 deserves to be in a category all by itself - longest running project on the board ;)

My thread is sooooo old.... (insert punchline here). It's topic #448. This thread is topic #14120 :)

Ooh, can I join? Tim might have the longest running project, but I probably win for longest time without an update/not working on it. I'm ordering some parts this week, hopefully that will get me motivated.
