Jetting Keihin kz400 carbs...what are you running?

Hey yall, ive been searching for this info for a few days and cant seem to find what i am looking for....i want to get some input on what size jets you are running on theses carbs with pod filters and open headers?


im getting so close to getting this thing ready to fire, but i know new jets are a necessity for the modifications i had made.

Im running 105 secondaries with 80 primaries. I used pjmotorsports.com. You have to measure the secondaries and order off their keihin jets page.
Im running pods with stock exhaust. I would start there. I think they are 90 and 70 stock.
FLOAT LEVELS! Extremely important on theses carbs. Diaphragms must be hole free.
You can check kawasaki twin owners forum. I have gotten some sound advice frm that site.
Good luck, not fun, but do able.
