CB360 rocker arm torque?

Hey everyone! Im new to this very cool site dotheton! I recently picked up a cb360 for a bratstyle project this winter. Right now I have the motor apart. I noticed one of the springs for the rocker arms has a sharp edge and is really cutting into the cover. I removed the bolt and rocker arm to bevel the spring tip and stop this wearing. Would anyone have a guess to what the rocker arm bolt torque is? I wouldn't imagine it would be very high. Not to worry I WILL post pictures and share ideas!!

Currently I drilled the head for oil journal, new piston rings, grinded valve seats, new valve oil seals, and PAMCO electronic ignition. I play to have it the motor runnign this weekend!! I will keep updating!! THANKS!
