Wheel fitment help 1990 gsx750f

Hi new to forum just bought a gsx750f looking start a hartail build but want to change wheel setup to a more oldskool look get some nice wire spokes on it can any one tell me what wheels I could use more or less a straight swap inc sprocket etc sorry if this might be a stupid question or already been answered somewhere but its my first bike build been build old vws for 20 years so can fab build design paint etc but when its comes to specs on bikes bit of a novice thanks
