Need CB450 or CB500t stator, working or rewind

Putting together a Black Bomber and the windings don't ohm out well. It won't charge at all, the leads put out a max of 0.1v.

Just need a solution. If you have a working one with good insulation and strong output OR if you have a reliable contact that can rewind mine.

All models are compatible, from CB450K0 to CB500T.

Would you have a way to test the output? I really don't want to delay a customer.

I meant if it was working last time it was used. I'm still looking locally for a rewind, but will have to take a used working one if nothing else.
 
dont know the history, parts bikes, i can check it out in the morning
