Engine cover 'Sky team' removal

Hi, I'm wanting to get rid of the Skyteam logo on the engine cover. Keen to know what others have done and how.

What options are there? Sanding looks like a bitch, maybe filling but what with and how long would it last? Replacement? Is there a blank cover that can be purchased to replace the sky team one?

Hi Rob, what I did was to fill them with car body filler then sprayed them a light gold to match front calliper. They have lasted with no cracking. Job done.
