$7 Flea Market Find - 12/77 Max 3/4 Helmet

Hey Guys,
Here is my $7 flea market find. It's in damn near perfect condition. I have wetsanded it, buffed it and polished it. I didn't bother getting ALL of the knicks out, because it is 30 years old.

It is a size large, and the tag says "12/77".

There is a "MAX" sticker on the back, but other than that there are no other brand markings to be found.

Can you offer any more info on it?

The only thing truly wrong with it:
It's about 3/4" across.

the flea market by me only has leather saddlebags and german style helmets.... :
