Hmmmm.....My Gorilla isn't a a moped or tue cafe...maybe a mini-superbike? It's got a 150cc yx with TB race head.

I've got an RD60 waiting for resto in the shed too.

Nice gorilla mate. Aren't Zs with big motors just awesome to ride.

Not mine obviously but thought in the spirit of that last monkey bike I should post the link for those of you who haven't seen it.

Thanks, I love this bike.....backroads knee-dragger and it's fun to pace the cruiser crowd with around town.

i prefer some raw aluminum and a bit of chipped paint and rust in some places. old bikes may look old in my opinion.

each to their own... nice looking bike though, just not my cup of tea

Thanks. This is how it started

I am fabricating one out of an old Aermacchi Rapido tank. Its almost complete just waiting to paint it. I wasn't to sure how it was going to turn out but it actually looks good

received a crate on Thursday, unpacked and setup Friday night. fuel, oil and test run down to the shed and back. I'm stoked at how good it feels. :)

I originally built this bike when I was 14 years old. It was a 1974 cb125s. First picture is when it has a 100cc motor, ported, delortto carb, made a manifold on a lathe, rear sets, clip ons, aluminum seat that hides a stock honda tailight underneath, and a strait through megaphone I made. It was a blast but eventually touched a valve. I through in another 125cc motor and rode it to a Moto Guzzi in Oquawka Illinois from Huntley Nebraska, when I was 16.

Fast forward 10 plus years and 3 motors later, it is now nesting a stock xl185 (180cc) motor and 5 speed. It easily pulls me at 75mph but goes flat on the top (due to the mellow cam I believe) after that. Its still a work in progress but I will never sell it as it has been through so much. Tons of fun and will actually wheelie on the throttle in 1st.

Stunning CB100! Any more pics? Did you fab the seat?

Here's my build thread, there are more pics in it

The seat itself I bought, then we made a simple base for the upholstery.

Does this count? This is my first post. I have a strange fascination with small cc bikes here is my 2010 madass 125.
