anybody near Newburg,PA help a brother out?

an ebay seller in Newburg Pennsylvania has a titled frame I need to get my 78 cb750 on the road legal only he doesnt want to ship- local pick up only or I "make arrangements" If there is someone that could pick it up and put it on a grey hound or shrink wrap ,tag it and UPS it I would be happy to compensate you for you trouble. Help a brother out!

Dude offered to cut the neck off but that would be alotta work welding a new neck on . I think in a weekend I could swap everything over to the new frame and while I am at it clean everything and paint /PC the frame .

Newburg is directly in the middle of nowhere. Might be tough to find someone.

just found that out. My brother lives 2 hours away in VA so I talked the guy into shipping it to him.

There is a way to get a title for the bike but it involves going through the court systems. It is a little pricey so if you can get it by other means I would use the courts as a last resort.
