Bar serving water, huh?

The is most bizarre case I have probably heard in a while, an off duty police officer was involved in an accident that kill two young guys, the accident happened just blocks away from the bar he was drinking. Witnesses seen him leave the bar and plow into the car, he went to court and all charges were dropped. I just don't understand why this video was not used in the trail, but I think the victim families are going to get justice. See for yourself:
