Been Around the Block
Hey guys I am a project newbie :) Have had a few CRs in the past but this will be my first time building my own. I picked up a 1974 Honda CB350F for $700 which i think is a steal! The bike was in pretty good condition. Everything worked and it ran like a champ. I have it half way tore down already and am starting my part purchases. I will try to update this post as I go. Here are a few pics of the bike before: (the guy I bought it from almost didnt want to sell it to me when I told him what I was going to do to it since it was such a nice bike)

Attempting to fab up a tray for my electrical, I plan on keeping electric start so everything is staying for the most part. Anyone have any tips on where you located all your electronics without having to splice or lengthen the existing wiring harness ?

Well got the bearings and seals installed, tires mounted and wheels installed. Had to throw the seat and tank on quick to see how it looked. Its kinda starting to look like a bike again !

Its the Rockcitycafe Roadster seat. I will be using a thin piece of foam for the seat nothing fancy.

Looks superb riotten! So the rearsets you got from Durgam_K had no clearance issues? Because I'm looking into getting rearsets for my 350f as well. I'll be kick starting my bike too so I want to make sure that will cleared as well.

Shifter side works perfect on passenger peg mount location. Waiting on a longer rod to attach the brake side... Will take some pics once i get the new rod attached to the brake and lever. I am not sure on the kick starting part as i retained electric start. I will give the kick start a go next time I am in the garage. (folding peg should come in handy for this)
