the seat cover is made from the tanned, cured and dyed hide of the rare western Nauga
it's glued onto the seat... not a fancy set up at all!

ok! cut the brake backing into a big hunk o' steel...

welded it up...

fitted it to the fork using existing mounting points...

made it pretty and bolted it on....

and hey presto! i can actually stop!!!
