Looks cool to me, but ill include the word "bash" in a sentence just cause that's what we all all love to do: "my mother used to say all you need to do on an old car is just give it a good bash and it'll go all day."
That thing is flippin sweet. I love it. Tint the windows, add audio video system and you could make a mint prom night or just taxing people to parties etc.
I think driver standing up (I assume) kinda gives it some class. Looks like the paint didn't stick well to the galvanized front. Props to you for finding such a cool piece.

i found it on bostons graigslist the guy i got it from built it when he was 25 years old he said he was sick of looking at it . i paid 4000.00 for it he cant remember what hot rod mag it was in i am trying to find the mag he said he never drove it on the street only on and off trailers at shows the first show it was in they paid him 500.00 called it the draw car for the show. the guy was old could not get too much info from him. just wanted the money and glad to see it go.if it was me i would never let it go. thats why i western union him the money before i got there he said he had at least 60 calls for it.
If you do try to drive it any distance I would look into putting the tins back on it and and the fan. I don't know that it will cool properly. Having said that, the trolley is bad ass.
hello i have been looking for the trolley for years i dont know who sold it to you but they lied they didnt build it my father Mark McManus did its in oct 1973 hotrod mag i have all the info on the rod pics that have never been published ect ect ect
