Cb350 will idle but can’t rev up!!!

I’ve been building this cafe bike for over a year now and it’s getting to the final stages. Unfortunately after redoing the timing about 5 times I’m still having issues with the bike revving up. It will idle great but as soon as you give it gas it will pop and sputter. I have checked the following spark advancer, cam timing, point timing, and for air leaks. Remind you I’m no pro at this. Any help would be appreciated and sry in advanced if there was a sticky for this subject already.

pipes look a bit short, but I would start by removing those pods. I suspect they are obstructing the slide air holes.
 
take the pod filters off and see if that help

they could be blocking the sensor ports

also with them off and the bike off make sure the slides are not stuck from sitting
 
Thanks for the ideas! I will remove the pods and try that. I will admit it had this issue before I put the pods on. But it’s always worth another try. And yesss I’m sure my loose chain in the main problem
