Hey Guys,
I'm bending up seat hoops because I'm tired of watching people pay ridiculous prices for a bent piece of metal.
So here you have it.
.120 Wall 1" OD tubing
8" OD to OD (7" centerline)
Think you could do something like this? I dimensioned it all out to give some ideas, but the only ones that are important really are the 10.75 and 8.75. The 7.01 is rough, I just need around 8" total length before it goes to the narrower width.
I dont have the die to do the rear bend unfortunately.
I think that will be my next tool investment, as I am getting a lot of requests for the bigger radius bends.
Edit after looking JD2 doesnt even make a 4" radius die. WTF they jump from 3.5 to 4.5
Horse shit.
I can do a 3.5 radius and I can make that rear section if you don't mind flat in the middle of the hoop.
I'm going out of town for a week but shoot me a pm and we will come up with something
